Well, unfortunately I only have 1 idea for a video proposal and it has taken me 2 extra days to even really form it so any input or suggestions are more than welcome.
For my project I would to show how the media in which we enjoy today, television, movies and music, are moving over to the internet. Specifically how television and news are shifting to a more accessible format online with things such as blogs, websites, webshows, twitter, facebook, and all other social media. There is a whole world of entertainment that people are discovering every day and the world is slowly shifting to a full-on internet usage place.

This seems like a feasible project which could combine screen captures and camera footage; however, I am not sure what exigence you are addressing with this project. Do you intend to inform people that they can now find a lot rich content on cross-platforms? Do people need a 5 to 7 minute video demonstrating this? Hulu and Netflix seem to be able to accomplish this in a 30 second tv spot. On the other hand, if you wish to make a critical comment on this phenomenon of convergence culture (recall the Jenkins reading), then this would make a viable video project. What do you want to say about this phenomenon? Is it illustrative of other modern trends? What does this fragmentation do to audiences? What you should be looking to do is prove a point through evidence, and this point should be compelling to your audiences.
